OUR PASTOR

Pastor Russ grew up in an Assemblies of God church and at a Youth Conference responded to God's plan for his life.  He set his sights on attending Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he met his wife Betty.  They were married in 1984 and graduated in 1985.  Called to serve as youth and music pastors in Florida, as they crossed the state line, God spoke to their hearts that they were going to serve the people of Florida for the rest of their life. 

Since then they have served as youth, music and associate pastors in Jacksonville and Crystal River.  They were senior pastors in Coral Springs and have served as lead pastors at Faith Family Worship Center for the last 18 years.  Pastor Russ desires for others to know and experience the power of God through the Holy Spirit.  His teaching, preaching, discipleship and leadership have helped to raise others up in life, and also to serve in ministry.
